Yes New York is bigger and has more people. But if it has more people, it has more people to hire to keep it clean.

I also want to point out something painfully obvious. Living in Los Angeles in more expensive than living in Chicago. In real life more people live in Los Angeles. In this poll more people voted for Chicago. While this polls are interesting, they are immensely flawed.
