Try paying $7 a litre then complain about "gas" prices, Americans and Canadians have truely got it easy when it comes to low gas prices compared to here and we all dont live close to our workplaces.

I'd love to pay $5 a litre.
please, get over it. you can drive from one side of scottland to the other and back again on what, a half tank of gas maybe? I can't even drive to the nearest large city for that. This logic by euros like you is so faulty. I could drive from Portsmouth on the south shore of England to Newcastle in the extreme Northeast on a tank of gas in my Camry. That's the entire length of England!

plus there's twice as many taxes built in to your gas prices to pay for mass transit, national health care , the 18 weeks of vacation you all get, etc. when was the last time you had a $2,500 yearly health insurace deductible to pay before your "health insurance" kicks in? you've got it good over in europe.

Ya, I noticed a couple of stations that dropped the price a couple of pennies. Hopefully the trend continues.

It is not $7 a liter in UK. It's probably 7$ a gallon. As far as I know the liter in UK costs ~1 pound which equals $1.50
