The list is for large cities only I see. My little town has several broadband providers, as well as a couple of wireless ones. Couple that with the entire downtown area being a free wi-fi hotspot, and for a town of 1200 I would have to say we are pretty well connected. You can walk into any business, sit at any bench, or park in any parking spot and access the internet for free here.
