What kind of highways does your state have?

The highway system in Louisiana is very simple. Most cities have the clover loop exit ramp design and the big cities have a few spaghetti junctions but nothing really complex at all. Quite easy to navigate in this state.
The speed limit on interstates is 70 mph but they are looking into raising it. People usually average 90 mph on the interstate anyway.
