After ten the Humidity is there, but it is not as sticky in Florida. That is when I go for my run, I love running in the humidity because I don't get cotton mouth winch is a absolutely disgusting, and I have white crust around my mouth lol. Because I don't die of dehydration when I run I prefer Florida nights. After we get a nice summer down pour it feels fantastic...

I don't do lukewarm summers, so Florida it is.

I run across the Venetian Causeway in the hour prior to sundown. I agree with your assessment about cotton mouth, etc. The reality is that people who become used to humidity may suffer in dry climates and vice versa.

I'll add one can actually go into a pool at night in South Florida and NOT be chilly. Give me South Florida Summer nights every day of the week!
