That's a fascinating (and puzzling) summary, based on what sweeping observation? I'm not saying it doesn't exist in some areas of Florida (like any other state) but it is so clearly not dominated by it.

Well in overall numbers California has way more gangs & gang members than Illinois by far,Fbi top 3 counties with gang members are Los Angeles, Chicago & San Bernardino in that order.

Correct, but that just illustrates that Chicago has more per 100K citizens than LA does.

Of course it has more per 100k,L.A so big that you can go by city numbers or county numbers,For example another city like Compton is right next to Los Angeles & has more per 100k than Chicago, So basically the whole So cal region is gang infested where in Chicago the gang problem is mostly in the South & Westside, In L.A its South Central, Compton, Inglewood,
East Los Angeles ,San fernando Valley,Long beach,Watts ,etc etc
