It actually doesn't snow that often in Minnesota as you would think. But it does get cold. Very cold.

We had neighbors in AZ from Minnesota and I think they said it was very cold, but not that much snow. Minnesota is a nice state from all accounts, too, if you can stand the cold.

Yea the snow that falls here is usually the powdery fluffy kind. This winter has been relatively low on snow but it's been like one of two snowfalls a week and then sunshine the rest of the week. Today it reached 43 and tomorrow is fixing to hit 41 so a lot of snow has been melting.

Relative to the Northeast we don't get much snow, but in a typical winter we'll get a couple feet of accumulation. This year has been very mild though (it rained last week...)
