Living in Baltimore after moving from Boston, I have always thought of both cities as not only feminine but sisters: one went to college and became successful; the other decided to do it her way and toughened her life on the streets. Pretty obvious who is who.

Default Philadelphia

Well, Philly is the City Of Brotherly Love.

Philly is a kinda rough very blue collar type of guy with a hairy chest who curses at the Phillies/Eagles/Flyers/Sixers, loves his cheesesteak sandwiches with Yuengling beer, his rowhouse-South Philly accent not far removed from Noo Yawk/Brooklyn/Joisey ...

But Phil actually doesn't mind going to the Art Museum or the Symphony once in a great while, and he is so secure in his masculinity that one is his buddies is gay and that doesn't bother him. Phil has a few tattoos and piercings but doesn't go in for that manscaping stuff ... and way no is going to wax or shave his pubes!

He's proud and projects confidence, but underneath he has self esteem issues: he thinks he's ugly and on top of that he thinks he a worthless piece of sh-t.
