Washington doesn't have 8 million without Baltimore and yet Baltimore gets its own spot while DC keeps Baltimore's population too? uh what?
plus, Baltimore's metro is not 822k and i don't think its hispanic population is 2 percent. put that 2 where it's supposed to be, and you have 2,822,071 as the metro population and you didn't include Baltimore's Hispanic population at all

"The ethnic/minority population comprises 31.6 percent of Metro Denver’s population, with continued growth forecasted during the next decade. The Hispanic population is Metro Denver's largest minority group comprising 21 percent of the population in 2006."
