Sasquatch, the mythical original outdoorsman otherwise known as Big Foot is found in the Northwest.
His descendents have real big feet. Montana, loosely translated means: " Land of bigfeet'.

No, I was just joking. All the other threads about tallest, ugliest, beautiful, people are just getting old - no to mention baseless. That would be an inetesting paper though.

If that were true, then just think about how many dates I'd be getting! My feet are the size of Cadillacs! LOL! I won't elaborate too much further on that "other" point, but I can see that the old wives' tale certainly has some merit to it.
