I am a canadian single mother of 2 10 and 12 .We moved with my children with my parent's house until I could stand on my feet. Now i feel this stiuation has dragged for a long time.I am grateful to my family but it is time I venture out and feel like goin to the united states. America is a nice place to start.
I want to start over with my 2 children somewhere in America where i can teach french for example and start a new life.Has anyone lived a similar experience? If yes please share it with me or tell me where is a nice spot safe secure plenty of school to find teaching jobs where I can rent a place and start a new life
thanks NOORand later

If you are planning to work LEGALLY here then I suggest you look into getting a work Visa. It is not all that simple to do so I would start now.

Thank you all for your replies .State of Indiana sounds good.It will be a nice change from below zero temperatures.
Yes of course I would like to find a job in teaching french under a work visa i.e. legally (no need to burden myself further with illegal problems).
How does it work? can i contact the school directly with my credentials?
Please help me with any ideas I really wish to get out of here.i.e need ot distance myself from my family.
And yes I wish I was a country girl too, simple life I aspire to it but with some funds i.e. a JOB.

thank you again
