But Southerners always talk about America and how much they love it? So Im confused.. Why not honor Lincoln?

There are four Lincoln statues that I know of in Kentucky...I couldn't find a photo of the 4th.

im sorry there is a great statute of abraham lincoln at vicksburg national park.
