How many Wal-marts does your city have?
How many Wal-marts are in your city?
Alexandria, LA has two (pop. of around 50,000) and there is another one in Pineville, Alexandria's sister city across the Red River.

None in my town. Actually none in my county either.
The closest one is about 21 Miles away in the East Bay. Id have to drive across a bridge to get there.
After looking at their website, there arent any Walmart's in the SF Area(Marin, SF and San Mateo Counties), but a whole bunch across the Bay where Im guessing people on this side of the bay go to incognito(LOL).

0 in NYC. There's some law that keeps them out. On Long Island there aren't that many. Maybe 5 on the entire island of 118 miles.

^Yes, the suburbs here are just blanketed with them.
There are only four inside the I-285 Perimeter, and one so far within the City of Atlanta. That store in particular is pretty urban for Wal-Mart, in a multi-level mixed use development (with hardwood floors, I'm told).
I live too close to several very nice Target's (including a 2 level one), so I don't do Wal-Mart.

There's one here, unfortunately. An absolutely massive building (by far the largest in town) selling all sorts of imported trash from China at ridiculously low prices.

Those low prices are quite tempting-I must admit.
I work in Oakland and have stopped at Walmart a bunch of times on the way home from work. Its so darn cheap.
