Well I am continuing my research on where to move next. I am in TX for work and want to stay south. Texas is the "it" place and is getting flooded and will only get worse as the economy gets better. NC, SC, and TN are also getting overrun by migrants like myself...lol I need a laid back place where I can work to live, NOT live to work.

I have been strongly considering the Gulf. New Orleans area, Alabama and Mississipi are all in the running. I am also considering Key West FL actually due to the weather and laid back lifestyle. I have been to only NOLA and Key West out of the four. I am looking for a place where migration has not flocked yet. I want to real soak up some true southern culture (except with Key West obviously). I want to be around open minded people and where the cooking is great. Modern ammenities in a small town.

If anyone knows some relatively undiscovered Gulf Coast regions plese let me know...Also additional info on Key West would be cool.

Thank You in advance!
