Funny city names.
I'm sure there are lists somewhere but a few I can think up offhand:
Bug Tussle, Alabama
Is there really so little going on in an area that two bugs fighting is worth naming a city over?
Weed, California

Peculiar, Missouri.
Paragould, Arkansas. They took two railroad guy's names and fused them together, because they're railroads met at that location. J.W. Paramore and Jay Gould.
Blue Ball, Arkansas. Honest. It's there. You can look it up. I never noticed it was there, until I saw it in a topography map one day.

Isn't there a French Lick, Indiana? I think it's where Larry Bird is from. Don't know why I remember that. Hard to forget, I suppose.
