Best: Its a very small state with so much diversity in its people and landscape
Worst: All of its major cities are big ghettos; Camden, Paterson, Newark, Elizabeth, Trenton (Jersey City is a lot better though, i'm proud of that city)
Worst: No identity/transient/Democrats in Office
Best: Eastern Shore
Tennessee
Worst: Crime
Best: Natural Beauty
Expenses vary for NY too. Upstate is much more affordable than Downstate.
