VT's best quality is its people; they are very quietly proud of their state, and its traditions of equality ( first state to outlaw slavery, etc) and fairness. They do not shout at the top of their lungs about it, but it's there.
VT's worst quality-its cost of living, very high for a rural state bording Canada. Many would like to move there, but it's not the most affordable, especially around Burlington.
What is the best/worst thing about the state you live in?
Best: Me.
Worst: Governor Schwarzeneger. (or however he spells it)>
