The US population will be under 250M in 2050 ... if even that many. It may be significantly lower than that. All those wild projections of growth were made years ago. Things have changed, my how they have changed. And you ain't seen nothing yet.

Could it be that there weren't many of them, that they didn't have any form of civilization, nor was there any type of true infrastructure built.
The European man?

The Roman man had to civilise those savages in Gaul, Germania, Britannia, and Hispanola so that they could grow into the prosperous nations they are now. Prior to that, the Roman man inherited Western tradition from the Greek man, who learned the concept of civilisation from the Mesopotamian man. And none of them existed before the East African man set out.

Get over yourself. You obviously attain some pathetic sense of self worth by clinging on to the accomplishments of people long before you and soap boxing about how "Third Worlders" are going to ruin it all. Immigration is not going to obliterate modern society. People like you have claimed this all throughout history, be it about the barbarians being integrated into Rome or Irish and Italians immigrating to America. As long as humans have migrated between societies there have been people to announce the fall of civilisation. And out of all of these waves of conquest, migration, and integration came some of the most powerful nations the world has ever seen.

Its just past 300 million a few years ago. It will probably be over 400 million plus in 2050. This will happen with ZERO percent planning by the Federal government. For instance where the hell is the fresh water supposed to come from for the growing Southwest?

If only the US had put its weight behind family planning and curbing population growth in the rest of the world.

^ & ^^ Well you are both right and I shudder about what you are thinking about Bayareahillbilly! But regardless its the Federal government's responsibility to plan as best it can. And to keep letting an unknown amount of new people into the country each year and then stuffing them into states like California and Florida, without any planning for employment, roads, pollution, schools, hospitals, sanitation, housing or even WATER is totally irresponsible. But hey we are keeping the working class wages down so it can't be too bad!

Yes, people have been migrating, immigrating, fighting, complaining, colonizing, killing, forever. The world didn't end because of it. Also

The Europeans didn't care or agree with what your talking about, thats obvious when they went exploring and migrated to/colonized different regions inhabited by non Europeans, engaged in miscegneation, and changed the demographics of some nations from non-white to primarily non white and spread European culture. Obviously Europeans enjoy and support immigration and multiculturasim more than anything.
