The Southern cites and Northern cities what they have in common is they have negroes. But the Southern cities are not cold. When it's cold the negroes are inside for a 3 or 4 months.

It's an archaic word that is considered a slur when used in reference to a human being. The word is acceptable when used in an historical context, such as Negro League Baseball. It isn't acceptable to use the word as it was used in this thread. |
