New Jersey & Oregon are currently the only states in the U.S. that do not allow self-service, which means they could get only 100% full-service on gas without any extra cost.

I hate full service. I currently drive across the state line to Washington to avoid full service.

There are plenty of people who have moms that will go out of their way for full service gas stations.
