In other words, which city in the us has the highest concentration of people with advanced degrees, high intelligence, high logical/scientific prowess, and are generally quirky and nonconformist?

Those traits correlate with autism spectrum disorders, and Mayim Bialik, one of the show's stars who has an IRL PhD in Neuroscience, has indicated that the show's characters are likely all on the spectrum. So the state map at the link below might help identify states where those people reside.
