I thought of naming some larger states. Michigan, Missouri (as mentioned), Ohio, and Pennsylvania looked fairly low among larger states they listed. They also look to be in the bottom ten, or so, at Statemaster.

If you're talking about Hispanic immigrants, Arizona. . But seriously. Like Thomas mentioned, Michigan would probably have the least, I would think. We don't have a whole lot of Hispanic immigrants as it is, and most of them are concentrated in Southwest Detroit, and from what I understand, pretty much all of them are legal, most of them are hard working, and a few even own their own businesses (grocery stores, tire stores, restaurants, etc.)
