I grew up in a ghetto lol

I really don't get scared or shocked like a lot of people who are newbies to ghettos. I mean some are rich and some are poor, nothing shocking about it.

But one thing is for sure in the OP. Camden just has to be noticed, that place is 100% dumpy rundown ghetto. At least most ghettos are just a section of a city. Camden.. the whole place is a ghetto, and the population is pretty up there.

those houses look like they are all on the same street, and besides i don't know gary, ill admit that was a false perception, i am from eastside cleveland and i know for a fact that EVERY street in east cleveland except Forrest hill is full of abandoned buildings, decay and trash. 95% ghetto, worse than camden, younstown or gary.

there's no way East Cleveland is worst than Camden i'll tell you that. Have you been? and to your other post, no I never been to those places (I don't name towns i never actually been to in posts like these)
Camden has been the most rundown ghetto topping the charts numerous times as being the #1 worst city in America with crime.

Camden is disastrous.. The whole city is pretty much this. No lie.

Ive been to both Camden and East Cleveland. Most areas of Camden, and almost every street in East Cleveland.

I would say that Camden is worse. East Cleveland isnt far behind though. The good thing about East Cleveland is that it used to be very wealthy (THE Rockefeller had a home there) and there are still a lot of larger homes standing, theyve been converted from single to multi-family though. Forest Hills is nice also, which is a small area of East Cleveland on a hill. Other than that though its pretty horrible with blocks and blocks of decayed and abandoned houses/buildings, bars on the windows, bullet holes. Its very dense, has a very high crime and poverty rate as well.

I don't think most people here really understand the meaning of a ghetto. The term is used too freely, often times to describe an older, rough neighborhood with a lot of Blacks and/or Latinos.

Young black men hanging outside of a check-cashing place does not automatically equal a ghetto.
