Growing up the area during the cold war, you pretty much knew that you lived in the bulls-eye.
As a side note Washington State has the highest concentration of nuclear weapons in the world. The Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific in Bangor, Washington is home to more than 2,300 warheads.

I'd say San Diego, the Tidewater/Hampton Roads cities in VA, Colorado Springs, San Antonio, Jacksonville(military is the biggest employer in the city and 3rd largest military presence in the country behind SD and Norfolk), Washington DC, Charleston/North Charleston SC, Anchorage, LA metro, Honolulu, Sacramento, Seattle/Tacoma and Atlanta.

Colorado Springs is a large military city. These are the bases and other military things that are located here.
