I was wondering I'm a night person and I wanted to know what cities are the loudest, busiest, most fun, and has stuff going on at all hours? Or just a good big city

NYC wins this one.

Although based on the amount of noise and activity outside of our Hollywood apartment at all hours of the night I'd say that you could have a pretty good time there, too.

This isn't a comp so NYC doesn't win but NYC is the true city that "doesn't" sleep..
Parts of LA are like that, downtown SF suprisingly, probably most bigger cities.

NYC is an obvious choice, but this made me think of something else. You know the song "We built this city"? In the middle of the song, the part where the DJ comes on, he says how SF never sleeps. I wonder if that's true?
