Which US states have the biggest potential for construction growth, particularly carpentry? I know its kind of vague, and I know construction is everywhere, but what areas are growing faster and have more potential than others? If someone could send me in the direction of some sources I would grateful. Thanks

Some links that might be helpful.....

The above links only show residential construction, not commercial or industrial. The top two markets for residential construction according to one of those sources are Atlanta and Phoenix.

NC, in general, is seeing a lot of growth, especially in the Charlotte, Raleigh, and Wilmington areas. Residential and business. Just in uptown Charlotte, there are 10 high-rise condo towers and 4 high-rise office towers planned or going up right now.
