I want the SE which is chilly to mild and dry.
An occasional snow fall is ok.

I prefer not having winter, which is why I prefer San Diego's climate.

Looks like Florida is losing this one too. Imagine that. More people prefer some amount of snow.

When I lived in the Plains I did not like winter at all because it was so brown and ugly with little snow. It is nice to actually have winters with snow covered ground for several months at a time up in the north. I don't mind the cold that much either becuase we don't have much wind.

Well, you left out winter weather where I live in Tennessee, cold but when it snows, it melts the same day it falls. We do have our frequent grey winter days. Not sure if the winter weather is typical of a larger regional area, though. I can tell the winter weather is better here than where I used to live in the northeast and mid-altlantic because the roads are in so much better condition.

Lol at the Southwest at being Mild and wet in the winter. We get below freezing temps and add that to the DRY cold.
Southwest's wet season is actually late summer. We don't see real rain 10 months of the year.

The road crews are excellent around here with regard to clearing snow.
