I think NJ is the only state that has that law, not to talk on the phone.. correct me if I'm mistaken.
o yeah... move to Europe you US hater
Question: Not to turn this into politics, but how come anytime someone criticize the US, they're automatically a "US Hater" and must move out of the country? Isn't criticism a part of what makes America great?
I lived in Sweden for 16 years... people drive much better than the U.S.!
Well, if you've ever been to any major European city -- Rome and Paris come to mind -- you know that the drivers there are much more reckless and aggressive than nearly anywhere in the US.
But I won't generalize about all Europeans based on Romans and Parisians, because that would be stupid, wouldn't it? Similarly, you may encounter some bad drivers in the US, but that certainly doesn't mean that all Americans drive the same way.

Driving habits really vary city to city.
I live in Lexington KY and the drivers here are absolutely insane:
- People will make u-turns in traffic across 5 lanes without even using a turn signal
- They treat lane mergers like a NASCAR restart, literally running you off the road or passing in the oncoming traffic lane rather that politely filing in.
Louisville KY drivers are by and far much better, although they will immediately merger coming off the ramps, even though the lane doesn't end for 2 miles
