I know they offer ethanol in some states, but I'm not sure how much. Have you seen any gas pumps with ethanol, if yes where?

Plenty of them in MN and IA, for 2. Even some E-85 stations in MN. We're in the corn belt.

I saw a ethanol pump in a small town off Rte 40 in Illinois (one of three).

Found it interesting, but then again they do farm and lots of corn.

This was just a couple of weeks ago.

I saw an ethanol pump in South Dakota a couple of years ago. Trying to remember the small town -- off I-90. Ok, let me get my Atlas! Ok, I think it was Salem, just west of Sioux Falls. It was in that general area anyway.

Here's an interesting start for you hiknap, personally I'm not too fond of it. Among other things, alcohol is a drying agent. In fuel systems of cars, it absorbs moisture, causing rust in the fuel system. It will be interesting to see how the marketing and manufacture of Ethanol from corn will affect the food chain worldwide. MN is a big ethanol state thanks to subsidies...

We have them in Nebraska at several locations. I don't think that there is that much difference in milage and now that the additive that has to go into gasoline is ethanol the price of it is now higher than gasoline. Also you can't run ethanol in all vehicles. You can only run it is vehicles that have been made for ethanol. If you try to run it is say a 1980's model vehicle you will ruin the engine. So be careful of what you put into your tank.
