Haddonfield, NJ. It's affluent, close to Philly and I'm an East Coast Girl.

I love this quirky poll! Thanks for the amusement, TheDuneDog.

I went with Flagstaff. Most of these places I've never been to. I really like Scottsdale; I'm just not sure about spending the summer there.

I think it's interesting that every single place has gotten votes.

I went with Anchorage Alaska. By far the prettiest area listed, although I like the 2 New Jersey towns too!

Default Where 2 go if these r only choices

Anchorage. I lived in Arizona, been to Cortez, would never move to the East Coast, never been to Jupiter, Fl.,not interested in Texas. By process of elimination, Anchorage would be my choice. Oh goody, I get the PFD(Permanent Fund Dividend)!

Though this is a 10-year-old thread, a quick look at downtown Haddonfield is enough to make me vote for it:

I picked Scottsdale for the warmth and size. A bizarre -- but fun -- list of options.

Total no-brainer for me. Alaska! The area I day-dream about is Fairbanks, not Anchorage, but still infinitely preferable over everything else on that list.

Avalon is beautiful but, well, it's in New Jersey. Their taxes and politics are not a mess I'd volunteer for, though it would still be my second choice.

The other Jersey town and Cortez look like they might be marginally tolerable if I was getting an incentive like a serious six-figure dream job. The rest are solidly in my "nope, never, not for a billion dollars" category.
