I would vote for Colorado Springs as well. There could be problems with racism anywhere, but if racial issues are your biggest concern, there is greater diversity, more interracial relationships and in turn, more biracial children in Colorado Springs than there is in Elizabethtown.

Colorado Springs is a well-integrated community especially South-east Colorado Springs. Overall, because of the military influence and the diversity that brought over the years and the fact people in Colorado Springs as a whole have been around more then in alot of other places has been good for the community.

Colorado Springs is not the most diverse community, its around 70% non-hispanic white but it does have some diversity and that diversity is not as divided by neighborhood as many other cities.

I guess the military was much more progressive on racial issues then the general public in the past so thus because Colorado Springs is a military, it also is progressive on racial issues.

Despite, Colorado Springs reputation of being backwards that mainly has to do solely with social issues and doesnt have anything to do with anything race-related.

I am originally from Colorado Springs so I would recommend Colorado Springs. I was in Louisville, Kentucky for a month and it seemed like it was far more racially divided then Colorado Springs is.
