Lots of underrated cities for nightlife, especially TX cities like Houston (Very diverse and offers different types of scenes) or Austin (Mainly caters to the college scene).

Any little town in W.va. My cousins have raccoon hunting parties at night.
Bullits are cheap. Then they sit around on stumps, drink beer, tell lies, and argue about who has the best coon dog.
