Hey everyone. Just got back from a nice long roof chilling session. Its really getting to be quite the setup when I have one. Imageshack - 0605091459.jpg

I know a few of my buddies like to do this, do you or anyone else ever do this? For those less fortunate to not have a real actual deck. Those who venture out into the land of steep angles and hot tar?

No, most people I know if they don't have decks just use their yards. I use my yard and or my driveway since my driveway is huge.

A friend's place in Bushwick has a nice rock garden and barbeque layout on his rooftop. Another friend has less in amenities, but the apartment is in Brooklyn Heights, so it has an amazing view of the harbor and Lower Manhattan. For NYC, rooftop space is often wasted space though since most rooftops bar people from going on top. It's a bit sad since it's probably the closest to a private garden a lot of Manhattanites can get.

Wow I'm jealous.
I can see a few high rises, but since downtown is a good 30 blocks away the trees block it for the most part.

Be careful laying on a bear shingled rook like that. I heard that material can cause cancer. But then again, what dosen't
