I chose Oct. as my favorite. The tourists are mostly gone and the weather is still nice. I would choose June but sometimes it's still cloudy.

I'd say September is the best month. The days can still be hot (we still have highs in the 90s at the beginning of the month, but they're down in the 70s by the end), but the humidity goes down a lot by the end of the month. The nights are beautiful! By the end of the month, we're down to lows in the 50s, which is perfect open-windowed weather! A lot of people like October, but I remember a Halloween or two where the lows were below freezing!!!

May is the best month for me here in SW FL. Hot days with warm nights that are still sunny with only a little rainfall as wet season hasn't quite started, but just enough so that the fire danger of the earlier months is not present. Don't have the severe storms and hurricane threat like later in the summer. April is similar, but the gators are aggresive due to April being their mating month so I'll go with May.

October would be mine. It only gets slightly hot for a few days and the rest are pretty pleasant. Not a particularly dry month, sometimes Oct has severe thunderstorms and some days have chilly drizzly rain. Usually have a light frost by end of the month (not to be confused with the first freeze) and to correct those of you who don't know, the sweet gum trees are beautiful yellows and reds during this time. We do have color down here.

I chose June, but my favorite four weeks around here are the last two weeks of May and the first two weeks of June. Early May is still likely to have cooler temperatures (occasional frost advisories at night) and rain, and the second half of June is starting to feel like summer. (temps regularly in the 80's instead of the 70's)

Right now, the air is still cool and sweet, but not so cold you have to close the windows. And, it's not so warm or humid that you need to run a fan or AC.

I love July in New England because it finally gets hot (or it's supposed to, anyway). Also it's my birthday!

April in Knoxville, TN is gorgeous! Daffodils and flowering trees are not only in almost everyone's yard but grow wild in the woods and along the roads and highways!

IMO, March is the ugliest month in NE Ohio. Things are starting to thaw, but not much in bloom. (maybe early crocuses and daffodils) Everything is dirty, muddy and gray/brown.
