I actually have two: April and October.

April in New York is beautiful. The flowers come out, temps aren't that hot, and it is nice and mild.

October is also beautiful in NYC. The leaves change colors, the temps are nice and cool, and I just love that crisp, fall air.

July. The Valley is tourist-free because of the 110 degree days. All of the world-class resorts are extremely cheap and offer unbeatable packages. I am also a fan of the summer heat, and live for nights that don't drop below 85, allowing me to swim comfortably.

January, because in Texas it's not too hot outside and not too cold. Plus it's my birthday month!

For New Orleans and New York, I'm gonna go with September. It's pretty great in both cities.

November, not real hot, not real cold. But the air is crisp, the holidays, leaves are changing and my anniversary is that month.

In NY, it would be November when the leaves change. In Florida, if I really must pick, it would be February NIGHTS when it can get into the 40s and 50s.

Seattle - August - perfect continuous summer weather
San Diego - January - can be better than most cities summers.
Chicago - October - humidity is gone and the color arrives

July for me but I am surprised only 1 person said August...wtf...that's probably my 2nd favorite month because of the intense heatwaves that come with it. I live in gloomy chilly chicago so when that heat hits, I am one happy man.
