Where I live, just about every single month is perfect. The only ones that are a little less than perfect are July and August, due to humidity.

Yeah, you know, I never understood the tourists all jamming into Disney World in the middle of July, when Orlando is hotter than the hinges of Hell. We went in late October and early November. Not only was the park practically empty (Except Halloween), but the weather was absolutely perfect.

The best month in Texas imo might be October, since it's the start of the cool season.

For the same reason, we don't vacation in the summer. The summer time is sometimes the only time people with children can take the time.
Schools out.

I'll take October in Boston. Comfortable days (mide 50s to the 60s and occasionally higher or lower) and cool, crisp nights. The foliage is beautiful and the attitude is really relaxed and pleasant. I love summer in New England (particularly on the coast), but October is my favorite month here.

October in NY is the best. The heat and humidity are gone and you have crisp clear days and the changing leaves. In 2 months it will be cold and dreary, so you really enjoy it while it lasts. It's the best time to visit and the best time to live here.

It's really hard to say. I would say June for the fact that the school year ends and I get 2 months off from work. Weather-wise, I would have to say early May when it starts to get warm and the trees start budding, grass gets greener, etc. I also like December around Christimas-time. The cold really puts you in the mood for Christmas.

It's not quite warm enough and rains more in April, and it starts getting hot in June, so my choice is May, because it's warming up (but not hot), the flowers are in bloom, and all the vegetation is green by then.

For me in Southern California, living a couple miles from the beach I would have to say July. Just because it's the peak of summer, everyone's outside either bbq'ing, partying, or going to the beach, and if your close enough to the beach its like everyday the weather is 80 degrees, sunny, and at night, around 65-70 degrees. Never seen more than a few sprinkles in July and even though most fireworks are completely illegal, many places around my neighborhood will do fireworks shows on July 4th. I remember one summer my friends and I were sitting on top of his roof at 9 o'clock or so and watched 12 different shows all at once. (We counted...trust me haha). Its just a very laid back and social month for me...High school/college age.
