What state do you think is the best for public cheap high school?

Nice people having a good time and getting some education.

I don't understand the question. You want a public high school that's cheap? Aren't public schools by definition tuition-free?

Not California. Our best public high schools and there are many, are in incredibly expensive areas.

A few exceptions though. Some of the best publics in CA are accessible by a rigorous application process where you compete with the best and brightest from that entire city.
