Ok I am in my 30s, semi-retired, asian, I enjoy auto racing(drag racing, track racing etc) tennis, movies and I am looking for a place with low crime. I don't like cold winters so I will stick with southern states I guess. any recommendations?
since I am semi-retired I was thinking some of the cities that got hit hardest by the economy crisis, so with really cheap housing I can semi live and invest in the city/real estate. Cities like Phoenix, Vegas, Miami, Orlando etc, what do you guys think any recommendations will be appreciated.
hmm can't edit my own post? can't find the thing..anyways I mean I don't like snow and cold winters, like northeast, probably going to stick with states that never snow or rarely snow
