I am interested in opening a miniature golf business. I would like your input as to where you think would be a good location for this type of business. Does your city have a need for such a business? Has a miniature golf course in your city gone out of business, is vacant, and you'd like to see it open again? Also, what kind of miniature golf course do you think is more fun...the old fashioned type with the windmills, small building structures, obstacles, etc....or the new courses that are beautifully landscaped and made to look more like a miniature version of golf course? If you were to build your idea of the perfect miniature golf course, what would it be like? I would really appreciate your input.
Maybe something in communities like Sackets Harbor, Clayton or Cape Vincent in Upstate NY would be cool.
