I've had my air conditioner on around the clock since mid-May but that's primarily because of the humidity and because I can't stand temperatures above 75. (Don't worry energy freaks, it has to be in the 40s before I turn the heat on so it's a wash in my home.)

It could be 75 degrees here and you're dripping after an hour or less outdoors. Summer is my least favorite season no matter where I live.

Temps here have been in the 80s for the last 6 weeks. I'm pretty sure last year we had more 90 degree days in that period.

Personally, I don't like it. Sept weather in July just seems wrong. If only mankind could do something to make the climate warmer....
hahah, total agree with you on that one.

It's 10:36 AM EDT here in Indiana and it's 58 degrees. A little cool but I love it!! I have all my windows open. Today's high should only get to around 77 thats about average for us.

It has been a very cool summer this year. Where I live we had a nice summer hot week back in April or May then we had fall. We have trees that are turning already and some of my tomato plants are a stunted. Has been a very strange summer weather wise. I think we even had frost warnings in June, but I also remember a year it snowed in May.

I didn't believe all the talk about not having a summer, but here in mid-Michigan, we've had about 2 weeks of hot weather (80+), another week or so of sun and 70s, and a whole lot of rain and cold, overcast days.

This summer sucks so far.

I've had 90+ with heat indexes over 100 degrees for months. No rain. Want to trade?
