What would make a person want to act like that?Black or white. Where I live everybody dresses in fitted clothes, even gangbangers, killers, people in the hood can even dress good here. well its not so played out but it depends on the person, bangers can dress however they want aslong as its not skin tight. i personally live by a rule and have figured it out along time ago, sleeves should be at the elbow, bottom of the shirt shouldnt pass your hands when their at your sides, dont sag unless you dont have a belt, and dont wear or do anything in public that you wouldnt do at the family reunion

Maybe I just never noticed it, but I've lived in philadelphia city and norfolk city and I have only seen like 1 of them my entire life! 99% of the white people I know are either act black but are mad cool, or act white. I don't really see people who are wack and try to act black.
