Hmm well you're probably not the mayor but maybe you have inside information! Tell me,is Scranton secretly slated to become the next 'up and coming' area? There isn't that much growth in PA,the last place I saw that may be starting to grow(slowly)is Bethlehem.

The Lehigh Valley is the most "up-and-coming" metropolitan area in Eastern PA, in my humble opinion, with Harrisburg and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre being tied for second place. Wall Street West has both Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and the Lehigh Valley poised to gain new high-tech employers in the upcoming years (Downtown Scranton just landed its first one), and Harrisburg, being the capital city, will always ooze potential for a revival.
