Yeah the harbor is great and very vibrant + active. During weekdays there are little cafes that line the harbor and everybody walks through the park and eat their lunch.

But the best part is that its adjacent to a city of half a million residents with an awesome resort.

I like the houses there. Doesn't look like a city you would find in the south. From the first half of the pictures I thought it was either Newark or Hartford.
