Which is crazy, since many, if not most, of these cities have been "youth magnets" for some time now. I was expecting to see some up-and-coming places like Boise and Oklahoma City or older cities with lots of amenities and relatively low costs of living like Philadelphia, Kansas City, Baltimore, etc.

That's the other WSJ 'Youth Magnet' Article:

Which I don't get either...#17...San Antonio?? Puh-leeez.

It'd be better if they listen percentage of pop. these Youths are supposed to make up.
I know, I know, I could do the math but still...
