I would guess it is Ladue, Missouri. All kinds of senators and major league baseball players reside in this area. I would imagine Clayton, Frontenac, and Town and Country are also major contenders. St. Louis City, while on average not that rich, does have rich neighborhoods, primarily in the Central West End. The houses are absolutely gigantic, typically three stories. West County has a lot of big houses as well. Richmond Heights, just south of Clayton, has two neighborhoods which probably qualify as among the wealthiest as well...Hampton Park and Lake Forest. Chuck Berry owns two houses in Lake Forest. Clayton's Brentmoor and Carswold neighborhoods contain enormous and incredibly expensive houses as well. If there is any county that is the richest per capita in Missouri, it is without question St. Louis County. St. Louis County is among the wealthier counties per capita in the nation actually, and is one of the safest in terms of crime.
