My spouse and I are in the process of looking at a new area to move to. We want to move somewhere with a warmer temperature than Ohio but our main concern is finding a job. I work as a nurse My spouse is a paramedic and finishand want to work in a children's hospital. My husband is a paramedic and is finishing up his nursing. He wants to move somewhere where flight paramedics and nurses are needed. It is hard to find a job as a flight medic/nurse in our area. Any ideas?

I have a family member who is a flight nurse with LifeFlight / Memorial Hermann in the Texas Medical Center. I believe that's where it was actually invented. You might try looking here.
Aside from that, I'd suspect any fast-growing metro area that has a program.
