Hi,

I was just wondering whether there is any way of coming over on a holiday visa and then applying for a change of status when in the US? I know people do it all the time here in Australia but it could be different over there.

Also, if you are given a visa, not just a 3 month holiday visa, does that allow your kids to go to public schools? or are there other requirements?

Lastly, is 3 months the longest you can come over on a self funded holiday?

thanks for your help
