I am in the process of looking for a new place to live and being in a ethnically diverse location is very important. When I saw diverse, I don't just mean Black and white Americans.

If you live in Chicago right now, then you are in one of the most ethnically diverse cities in the country.

New York, Los Angeles, Long Beach, San Francisco, Oakland, Houston, Chicago, DC, Miami are all very diverse. No need to leave Chicago for New York to be in a slightly more diverse environment.

Yes.

No questions asked. L.A., Chicago, etc. are diverse as well, but NYC is way beyond other cities.

"Way beyond" is a major overstatement. Yes, New York is extremely diverse, but other American cities (such as some of the ones already named) are also right up there.

Good Lord, yes. Is there any nationality that is not represented in NYC?

Exactly, you beat me to it.

L.A. and S.F. rival NYC in terms of ethnic diversity. California is the most diverse state in the nation. NYC isn't the only city to have a monopoly on diversity.

Anyway, this thread is about NYC, sooo.... [exits stage left]

Queens is the most diverse county in the US. So, that might be the place to look.
