One that's odd, I guess, is that I say "both" like "bolth."

I had a junior high math teacher that pronounced it "bolth." Man, did he catch flack from us irreverent Okie kids. If I remember correctly, he was from Philly.
LOL @ Bolth, I can't laugh though because I say "Boaf".

Ditto, almost. I've heard a few people say it, but not very many. They usually weren't from here.

I hear people say care-uh-mul or car-uh-mul the vast majority of the time.

Pee-can here, from NH.

I'm a bit confused about the second option on the poll (PUH-kahn). As far as I know this form never occurs with the stress on the first syllable (schwas cannot be stressed). I assume that the people who chose this option actually meant to choose "puh-KAHN."

I also pronounce "caramel" with three syllables. "Carmul" makes me cringe.

I think this is the key here.
Well I know plenty of other Tex/s who say it that way as well.

Honestly, I don't really think anyone can say, "Well I'm from _____, and we say it this way," because there's always going to be plenty of exceptions. I honestly think it's just the individual.

I don't believe the word pecan has an official pronunciation, so it really isn't something that would be determined by regional accents, or what have you.

I say Puh-kahn and car-mul!

I just think it sounds weird saying pee-can pie.

I have. I heard people in Chicago and here in DC say it and I HATE it. It's care-uh-mel, people.
