All those people voting for Miami or Houston cannot be long time residents.
Which means what?

Okay, again, maybe it's my naivity, but what are these "4 distinct seasons" of Seattle or the Pacific Northwest? The temps range from a high of 46 in December to 76 in July, which is ONE season in many places in the rest of the country. It's an extremely moderate climate, with VERY little change month in or out (at least temp-wise). I just don't get why it's even mentioned as a 4-seasons city!

It is your naivety, at least when it comes to knowing anything about the PNW.

And they're called Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.

i didn't vote for one of your cities. i'm a san diego native but left because we wanted to see what these 4 seasons were all about, that and other stuff...but anyway...living near atlanta for a while, they get 4 seasons but not much snow...wanted a little more of that. now we live in sw va and i like the seasons here, we get a little snow, doesn't last much more than a day or a few at the most and we get beautiful springs and autumns and summer isn't bad at all...i think dc's winter would be a little more harsh than i like...
